Who we are and what we do

Based in the charming Mid Kerry town of Killorglin our real estate office,Billy O'Shea Properties, is based at the bridge of the town through which the famed River Laune lazily flows. Our bright office front, which offers a wide range of property throughout the Mid and South Kerry area, characterises the passion that we have for our profession. Our aim is to provide our customers with a professional and thorough service in both the buying and selling of property.

We also offer a wide range of financial services which include proper financial planning in relation to Life, Pensions, Savings & Investments. Our regulated company, Irwin Financial Services Limited, allows us to provide you with independent advice on the above mentioned areas due to the fact that we are a Multi Agency Firm with agencies with all the major Life Companies. (Irish Life, Eagle Star, Standard Life, New Ireland, Canada Life, Hibernian, Caledonian Life and Wealth Options.)

Our office personal consist of Mr Billy O'Shea and Mr Donnacha Curran.

Billy, A former Kerry Football Team Captain and holder of an All Ireland Winners medal from 1997, is a member of LIA. Emir Irwin-O'Shea is a member of IPAV. Having worked as a Veterinary Rep for C&M for a number of years he then joined AIB's life and pensions division working as a Financial Planning Consultant with Ark Life. After 7 years he then moved into Irwin Financial Services in Killarney advising their clients on the areas of Life & Pensions. This area has now expanded into the property sector and now trades out of our Killorglin office.

Donnacha studied Property Management in Limerick for three years and has solid basis of Property Valuation. He has worked with Kerry Petroleum for the past 7 years as a Sales Manager which has given him invaluable experience in dealing with the publics wants and needs. A native of Killorglin he has a solid Grasp of property in the locality but is still a terrible golfer!!
